GSP Exterior Works

Most homeowners hire a roofer the same way. Someone knocks on the door after a storm, points at the sky, quotes a number and disappears once the check clears. Nobody ever gets on the roof to look, and nobody sends a single photo of what was up there.

We built GSP around fixing that one thing. Every property we quote gets flown with a drone before we write a price, and flown again after the last shingle goes down. You get the images either way, whether you hire us or not, because a homeowner who can see the problem makes a better decision than one who is taking our word for it.

What we actually do

Roofing is the core of the business. Full replacements, repairs, storm and hail work. Gutters come right behind it, because a roof that sheds water into a rotted gutter line is only half a job. From there we handle the exterior pieces that fail with the roof, the soffit, fascia and trim along the eaves, so the whole edge of the house gets closed up in one pass instead of three contractors over three seasons.

How we work

• Full tear off to the deck on every replacement, never a layover on top of old shingles
• Rotted sheathing gets replaced and priced per sheet, agreed before we start
• Synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield in the valleys and around penetrations
• Proper intake and ridge ventilation, because a cooked attic kills shingles early
• Landscaping tarped, driveway protected, magnet sweep before we pull out
• One crew and one point of contact from the first call to the final flyover

Where we work

We stay north of Atlanta. Forsyth and Cherokee are home base, and we run out through North Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Dawson and Paulding. Staying inside that radius is deliberate. It means we know the inspectors, we know which subdivisions took hail in a given spring, and we can be back out to a house we roofed without it turning into a half day of driving.
