We could chase work all over the metro. We do not, because a roofing company that is two hours from the job it installed last spring is not going back out for a warranty call. Staying north means we know the inspectors, we know which subdivisions took hail in a given season, and we can be back at a house we roofed the same week you call.

Dense suburban neighborhoods where entire streets often need work after the same storm. We run here constantly.
Established neighborhoods with mature trees, which means gutters full of leaves and roofs that take limb damage in a wind event.
Large homeowner base with real storm exposure. A lot of our insurance claim work comes out of this corridor.
Bigger lots and lake homes, often with complex rooflines and long gutter runs that need six inch profile.
Wooded properties where pine needles and shade make gutter guards close to mandatory.
